This was my first time trying Pieology Pizzaria and wow, it was AMAZING! I ordered the Western BBQ because there happened to be a picture of it right in front of my face, all I requested is that artichokes were added and did this hit the mark! It was the absolute best...I live in Encino but am already thinking about when I will need to swing by any of the stores in this Porter Ranch shopping center so I can try this place a second time. I was 100% so pleasantly surprised, DELICIOUS!!

I was waiting 20 mins for an order we placed in the store. They served 8 people that came after us. We were sitting in front the cash register. And the staff and manager didnt even bother asking if we have been helped. I approached the staff and asked how much longer for our order. She got the pizza from the hot box and said they called our name. Which is a complete lie because we were 5 ft away from the register. Terrible excuse of a staff. They need training.

So I went to get a pizza for lunch it was supposed to be ready at 1:45 pm I arrive at 1:47 pm the lady says oh it’s not ready yet it’s going to be 10 more minutes. I ordered at 1:20.
