Satisfactorily created keys at a vending machine

I used the kiosk to make copies of my mail box key and my front door key. I was disappointed that when I selected the key design I wanted and made the copy, it didn't tell me till checkout that they keys were not available and they would ship them. There should have been a section of available keys. The keys did come really fast. They all worked perfectly. They were a bit pricier than making copies from thr hardware store. I was bummed by the high price. Over all, they keys are great.

How is not happy with this experience. They did not do motorcycles and rather rude about me asking their help to unlock my motorcycle.
