For being my local electronic store I’ve had some of the worst experiences with this specific location over the last four or five visits. Today the Saugus locations systems are down so you can’t even shop for any other products they have in person but you can order online for pick up. All other stores do not have an issue. In the past I’ve confirmed online that an item is in store but once in the store and the item is locked, there’s no one able to assist me to get the item for several minutes to the point I have to walk out and buy online from another store. The store also utilizes a queue so if you don’t need help but then you do need help to get an item or it’s not where it should be, you just go straight to the back of the queue and have to wait for assistance. There’s often times generic items that should be bountiful or often out of stock in the store like laptop chargers. My recommendation is to go to another store for your electronics needs as much as possible. I try to shop local but for electronics, I need to learn my lesson and shop elsewhere.

Genise helped me with a purchase and gave us a lot of info on TV's for our next purchase! She was EXTREMELY helpful and kind!

I don't think I have ever witnessed such a poorly operated store in the New England area. The young staff are unaware of their surroundings, the greeter at the door simply watched as many of us waited for any sign of attention. I called the customer service desk from Aisle 21 and watched the young lady help me from afar. This was after 20 minutes of watching two young employees continue a conversation amongst themselves about gaming. I am shocked this store is still in business. I would normally never say this, but if this store is your only option, go to Amazon.

Waited for 30 minutes for assistance. No one was in the cell phone area. Finally walked to the front & host stated I needed to check in to get assistance. That's new! Brought my phone 📱 a year ago from a nice Nigeria young man & I didn't check in & he was extremely helpful. Anyway. The host added me to a list but stated I was 4th in line & the Reps could spend 10 min per customer. Well, I waited another 20 minutes and left. Ridiculous!

They do.
You are better off buying one that suits your computer, online you better off buying it off of Amazon. They might sell it at Best buy too so if you rather look there first that's no problem
I would upgrade..
No
They have limited staff, it seems. There are two people at the entrance) exit, one person guarding the door and the other guarding exit, which did not occur or pandemic and which feels oppressive. They ask you exactly what you are there to get when you come in and ask you to come back when you're done looking out of you need more help. Yes, masks and distancing is require but this other stuff is weird. The shelves are largely empty, too.
Best buy
Open to the public starting tomorrow June 15 without an Appointment
It provides apps to watch tv over the internet. No cable required
Yes
Bring the Beats to the Geek Squad in the Best Buy at the Saugas Mall, they're in the back next to the registers, they're known to be able to fix and or anything electronic.
If your looking for power cables, white ones will be in Computers, only black in Home Theater. If talking about HDMI, they are all black, then AudioQuest will have Blue, Green and Red.
Yes
Yes, they have a phone center in the store. I'm not sure which carrier Verizon or Sprint. They are very helpful.
Yes it is currently on display
I think so, yes.
