Poorly stocked store. Some items are constantly out of stock where some other very similar items of the same brand are always fully stocked. Not a "supply chain issue", just poor planning. I enquired about it several times customer service but no-one cares. Also, some customers and employees are walking around with no masks, and if you ask an employee about it, you get rudely asked to enforce it yourself if you care about that kind of stuff (i.e. the local laws).
