We have a Milgard window we purchased and installed about 18 years ago. The seal on the moving portion of the window was compromised and started fogging the glass. I called Milgard and gave them the serial number. They were able to quickly look it up in their system, and within a month of calling, the replacement was installed. I think it took less than 10 minutes for the installer to swap out the window. I'm extremely happy with the lifetime support for the windows, and how quickly they were able to get us a new window.

Does anyone know if all the specialty windows are still on the manufacturing line or has the line been completely shut down due to Covid?

How do I get in contact with this company? no one answers the phones....appears the reviews are poor but we have a lifetime warranty. Hopefully it does not take a lifetime to get thru on the phone. The website is terrible and un-usable.

I have vinyl Milgard windows which have worked perfectly for almost 20 years! My problem is with the screens. Various cleaning personnel have broken or bent some of the screens. Do you offer repair services?
