If you would like to wait for 3 hours for a simple oil change or leave your car and wait over 9 hours for a transmission fluid exchange and oil change then this is the place for you! Also their prices sucks … go find cheaper in Dublin. These guys are slow and a scam.

Took our Prius for the annual check-up for the first time there. Compare to Toyota Marin in San Rafael, it was terrible. They were supposed to inspect 16 points on the list. They did not. Unlike Toyota Marin, they returned our car unwashed. We will not return there.

Took way too long for oil change and inspection services. No coffee no tea (k cup is only for sales associate) not even water. Probably going elsewhere next time.
