After a very long day of work with me and my husband came to this Dunkin' donuts they were very nice there the staff the service was very quick the bathrooms were very clean all in all hung out in the parking lot with a nice coffee and a sprinkled strawberry donut our favorite all in all this Dunkin' donuts I give a high recommendation the only thing that I would recommend is maybe get more comfier chairs in the facility

This dunkin donut on Honeyspot Rd stratford sucks big time!!! Rude staff especially the girls! I never get my order correct and when I do return there's always an attitude I have to deal with. Always snackin bacon and hasbrown undercook. I go to dunkin donut to get my coffee and make my day but instead my day gets ruin by these unprofessional and rude staff. "Manager" please hire people with great customer service

They are very bad everytime theycome they ruin my day , my vagal never tosted I always leave this place un happy they need better employees that's can take care of customers better because I tell everyone not to come too this Dunkin & I'm from stratford

Was not impressed with the service speed and the quality. I ordered 3 small hot chocolates and snackin bacon and waited close to 10 minutes with only 2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside while there was 4 people behind the counter. The only reason it is not a 1 star review because the bacon was fresh and good. The hot chocolate on the other hand "HORRIBLE" and disappointing to say the least. It was boiling hot water with a splash of chocolate. Tasted like boiling no sugar chocolate water, just AWFUL. The kids didnt even drink it and it went straight to garbage. We were in the rush so had no time to back. MONEY WASTED
