Living in a multi unit home gas was requested for both units bottom floor was empty top floor a quarter empty. Top floor ordered 175 gallons and the bottom order 133 gallons. After oil delivery bottom unit was completely filled and the top unit was left at 3 quarters. Their logic was maybe “rubber indicator” in the managers words is incorrect or broken but hasn’t been broken for the year we have been using this company. I asked for some logic and the lady manager was just focusing on a “rubber indicator”. I even offered to show pictures before and after and the lady manager insisted they don’t need it. The only remedy was for us to PAY for a technician to come and look at my gauge(What). Wouldn’t you send someone out for free to make sure there was no error by the driver(UNACCEPTABLE). I guess our business is not required or customer service is not required with this company. As a manager for another company your job is to instill buyers confidence in your company however this was not the case. I was overcharged and still not remedied $500 dollars down the drain for half a tank of oil. Will not use this company ever again.

They usually have the best oil price, but when my water boiler started leaking, they told me I cracked it without even touching it(the tech literally opened the flap to the combustion chamber and claimed there was water in there(I didn't see it...), and told me it was cracked, he has 30 years experience so he doesn't need to show me the actual crack) and gave me a 'detailed' quote for a new one that just said they would replace my furnace with a new one of the same model. I called a different company and their tech said there was no way I cracked the cast iron, there are cast iron plates with gaskets between them, and the gasket seal probably broke. They put some sealant in and the leak immediately stopped. Its been over two weeks without a drop. This other company also said the quote parkway provided for a new furnace was overpriced by a considerable amount. Maybe I misunderstood some minor detail, but parkway told me there was no way to fix my furnace and I needed a new one and a different company told me that was not correct, added some boiler specific sealant, and its been running without issue for over two weeks now. Feel like they tried to scam me.
