I love this place with or without an appointment busy or not I'm always made feel welcome I love the level of professionalism from Professio Nails it's a great place where I love to recommend family as well as friends their nails are not cheap they don't use cheap materials they won't just snap off and break and yes I've had them in a long length and I would always use long length acrylic nails and I've never had that problem as to me going to other places and it just snapping right off and me needing to fix me needing a fill I've broken out I took the nail that never happens at Professio Nails.

Please do yourself a favor and do not come here. Came in to repair a nail I broke. My set was natural light pink. The lady that attended was harsh when taking off the little bit of acrylic I still had on She did a terrible job matching the shape and color. When She was done I asked her to please fix the shape, she did but left my nail completely scraped and crooked. I paid the $5 dollars and left. I couldn’t stop looking at how terrible my nail looked so I called and asked if I could get it fixed, the lady didn’t sound to happy but said yes. When I arrived nobody greeted me. The main lady told me she would fix it but when she tried to just file it she realized it was too messed up to fixed and took off the nail, she was aggressive the whole time shoving and pulling my hand. At the end the shape and length was a lot better but I asked if I could have el costs of the color to better match my nail and she refused. I went to this salon because I have engagement rs pictures tomorrow, was in a hurry and this place had no wait time, now I know why. Overall terrible service, I understand it wouldn’t look identical since I did my nails else where but didn’t think it would be this difficult since I had natural acrylics. On the bright side they did not charge me the second time.

It was an absolutely terrible experience here. The lady who did my gel pedicure had a nasty attitude. It was clear that she was talking negatively about my bf and I (in her native tongue) based on her body language and the gestures she made towards our stations/feet etc. I was extremely uncomfortable in there and I will never be going back. The resulting manicure and pedicure were subpar, but because of my discomfort, I left quickly without complaining because I couldn’t bear being in that environment much longer
