I went to the store 3 times trying to get a hair treatment and hair coloring. First time I called to confirm appointment and told I did not have appointment, booked appointment again 2 weeks later, showed up and stylist quite the day before, but no one called me, so I booked 2 weeks again, showed up and the hair stylist stare at me but kept working on her client I waited 15 minutes and still waiting.I left. I would never back to that store. Bad customer service 😑

They completely ignore curbside pick up. I've come twice to pick up curbside and after 15 min of waiting I have to go in and grab my items. Mind u I check in prior to even entering the parking lot. 2nd there is a man who works there. He wears a customized mask of his face. So rude! I went in to shop with my friend, he approached us to help. I was looking for the tree hut products. He showed us where they were at. After showing us he stood there and asked if we needed anything else, I told him no, and he proceeded to stand there jus staring while we talked. Than he started talking to us and I pulled around my backpack, which was a loungefly Tigger backpack, and I pulled out my wallet which matches it. He commented "don't u think that's childish?" Meaning my backpack. I laughed and said no, than there was an awkward silence and he just stood there. Than he proceeded to tell me about bouncing club boots he has. Which is more childish? 🤨 But from reviews rudeness seems to be acceptable here.

I visited this location and I was disappointed in some of the workers one of them the lady with red hair talking with the man with blue eyes calling a customer the n word they both need to be removed

I came into the store looking for cover girl and couldn’t find it so I asked Someone that work there if they could help me find the cover girl and I guess because it’s not a huge brand and I was trying to be a little bit more budget friendly, She kind of looked at me size me up and then said it should be over here and then walked away. I couldn’t find it so I guess they don’t sell cover girl at this location anymore sorry for my budget friendly needs.
