Friendly and helpful. I went in to get my line taken off of an old account; and even though it couldn't be done In Store, they helped me get connected with the right customer service department over the phone and all squared away.

Yes but make sure they put it to the right account since they screwed mine up. 2 out of the 5 employees were high and you can smell it on them. Very unprofessional and they blamed me for it
If you take it in to the store they can help you find out. What happens when you try to charge it?
