I was home all day waiting for my package, plus, waiting for the door bell. And all of sudden, when I tracked my package its said delivery exception. It looks like they don't even know how to ring the door bell. What a frustrating experience.

Worst customer service ever. The woman working at the front always has an attitude, like I’m the one responsible for her miserable life, and is always expecting you to know everything, unwilling to help with any questions that you may have. She’s so lazy that doesn’t want to open her mouth to talk. Every time I ring the bell for service she shows up from the back (after taking her sweet time) looking all angry and giving me an attitude and trying to be a smart ars about everything. She’s never shy about showing how mad she when a customer shows up, since she hates her work, or working overall. All she wants to do is chill in that back room, do nothing and blame everyone and everything for her wretched life
