Folks should know this is a wonderful Ethiopian/African immigrant-owned and Black-owned business!! The culture of Ethiopian hospitality oozes through at this bakery, from the amazing customer service, to the relaxed vibe of the venue. Came here a few weeks ago for a meeting during Open Streets Franklin, which quickly turned into a super chill group hangout as folks we knew from the area stopped in, pulled up a chair, and joined in on the conversation. At one point there were 6 of us gathered over cake and coffee. The owners were very easy going about it and very welcoming! The cakes and the coffee especially, chef's kiss. I'd recommend the tiramisu cake and the millefollie. I'll be back again!

We had the best mocha and vanilla cakes in town. The service was impeccable. We needed last minute cakes for an event and the owners were so accommodating in providing cakes within 10 mins. We would definitely go back when we are in MN. A must try!

What a lovely family business! The owner is quite possibly the kindest man you will ever meet. You can tell he is passionate about his job and the pastries he makes. This is my new go-to spot!
