So disappointing. Ordered a pie online, received an email confirmation with pick up time. Arrived for pickup and was told they had no record of order and "didn't have any anyway." Was told this wasnt their problem, I "should have just called and not order online." When I asked how to get my money back was told I would have to go online and try to get it back. I didn't receive any apologies, only a very indifferent and rude have offered a different kind of pie, which I likely would have purchased. Still waiting o refund.

Not great experience at all.. we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, we were then seated 45 mins later, which was fine for me because they were decently busy. But our waitress had messed up our order for 3 different people at our table, they had ran out of hash browns I guess which is odd for a breakfast place, and forgot to bring some food out that we had ordered. Then, after waiting over an hour and a half for our food, I was served uncooked fries, which was really disappointing.
