Just ordered our food and it was terrible - order ID AACATKRSAGGN First everyone will sacrifice a little extra time for fresh food. Second when you order just two items NOBODY wants soggy mozzarella sticks or a lukewarm sandwich. There was no one in line behind or in front of us, which means you gave us food that was just sitting on the heaters for who knows how long, by the taste it was well past it’s freshness! I’m disappointed that I gave this business my money today, even more disappointed that the individuals working at Arby’s didn’t care to create a good customer experience by providing fresh food!

Every time I come here they forget to put cheese, or some other type of condiment that comes with a basic sandwich order. I'm so tired of my order being processed wrong. This has happened on the last 3 of my orders. When I called the general manager wasn't in and i couldn't even be given a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous chicken sandwich. We wanted the chicken cordon blue sandwich and were told they no longer carry ham. But the employee said they had a ranch chicken sandwich that was really good. Well….it was not good at all. It was not a chicken breast. It was two pieces of chicken strips that didn’t for the bun and didn’t stay together. The sandwich fell apart while eating it. It was absolutely terrible. Arby’s….They have the meat? Well certainly they don’t have chicken. They should be embarrassed by this.
