Took my F 150 in for a door handle replacement and a engine coolant service. The technician who did the service left a shop rag on the exhaust manifold, and the rag caught on fire while my wife and daughter were driving. I will NEVER take any vehicles to Future Ford EVER AGAIN. NEVER. Zero Star service

Future Ford of Sacramento is the type of dealership that gives dealerships a bad name. Asking $50k over sticker price for a Ford F150 Raptor and acted like that's a good deal. LOL. Do yourself a favor and just buy from a dealership out of state. You can easily find one for $3k to $5k over sticker, or can get one at sticker price the way I did. Shipping will only cost you a couple of grand. There is no reason to ever buy from Future Ford or to go to them for anything. In fact, we should all be reporting them to Ford Corporate. Future Ford are just a bunch of crooks!

I’m the service advisor I worked with was Andy. He was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained things going on and was not pushy or salesy at all. I had to bring my 2 young kids with me and he was patient with us. I appreciate that they send you a detailed service outline via text for you to approve/ decline any issues they find that need to be fixed. Overall great experience and I would totally take my business here again!

That happen to me also but I quickly got it corrected and now im all good you just need to make sure that your investment in a car is worth you signing that contract because once you finalize that last signature its official that now your car they also usually give you a warranty for those types of things
That really isnt a question... But if you are asking if they have such a thing, they are very high volume, so their inventory changes pretty quick
Yes Delores, Future Ford has a great parts department. Most of the time you can get the parts immediately if you go to Future Ford. I use them exclusively for my ford parts and to get information you can't get online or in a book.
