I call it the "Tetris gym". The gym itself is not the biggest but it has more equipment then most gyms 3 times it's size! Very comfortable environment and has everything you could need.

The price is just under $30 a month if you get one month, or the 3 month membership. The cost goes down a little bit if you do 6 months or a year membership. And yes, there are members of all ages. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean, and has all the equipment anyone would need. I hope you try them out.
