The area is nice but to shoot at the archery range you need to bring your own stopper pads for the bales. Don't come without them you'll just be disappointed

Yes on a leash, if you want to run your dog off the leash there is a dog park not far away

There are 6 parking lots in the park. 4 on the east side and 2 on the west side of Woodley. You can also park on Woodley from 5am to 9pm.
