Went in yesterday with my sister , so she could purchase a living room set. Keith greeted us upon entering and helped us through out our visit. He was professional, knowledgeable ,patient and kind. Most of all he gave us our space, yet was right there when we had questions She ended up buying 2 sets from Keith . Hers and gifted one to me! I highly recommend VCF and Keith. Will do business again with Keith he was awesome ! Also all the employees were very pleasant. Time well spent.

Mike has a great sense of humor and kept me laughing while also helping me to find pieces within my budget. I see why every customer who came through the door requested Mike specifically. On May 3,2021.I Want To Value City Furniture, Looking For A Nice Living Room Furniture To Layway. So I Meet A Sales Person Name “ Sandy Dorrance” She Sweet And Friendly. I Pick Out Nice Recliner Sofa And Chair. So I Made My Layway Payment’s From May 2021- October 2021. It Was Supposed Get Delivered At The End Of The Month. It Got Push Back Until January 2022. And Back To December 15, 2021. I Got A Phone Call Form Them On December 6, 2021 . And My Delivered Date Is The 8Th. I Got So Happy. That Morning Of The 8Th. They Called Me On 7: 15am At Saying The Delivery Will Be At My Apartment In 30 Minutes. So I Move My Old Sofa From The 6Th Floor At My Apartment To The Damper. The Delivery Guys Got Here 7:40am The Guys Name Duran & Lilo Did A Great Job For Bringing The Furniture Up And Set It Up. I Want To Say Thank You To The Duran & Lilo From Value City Furniture For That You With Your Hard Work. Thank You Value City Furniture I Love To Come Back Again.❤️❤️🙏🏿👍😊
