Hi, 1.) Your puppy is old enough to be spayed. 8 weeks is a standard minimum. 2.) The fees vary between $125 (low income) to $165. There is an additional fee for blood work (around $35 for basic) which is optional but highly recommended for safety check reasons 3.) There is an application form online you can fill out that also has some explanations. You will be contacted if your application is accepted and an appointment will be set. 4.) Spay/neuter appointments for dogs require early morning drop off between 7 - 7:30 am If you are claiming low income you will be asked to bring some form of proof (they will explain what forms are accepted)

Look, I just found this place. I couldn't be happier. It's really more of a clinic than a hospital. But 99% of the time, that's what we need. It's only open during normal business hours. Yes, they do walk-ins. I just walked up to the door labeled clinic, and I was greeted by a nurse who took my little pup, and 5 minutes later brought her back. They gave my little girl a Rabies vaccine, a flea treatment, a DA2PP vaccine, and a Bordetella intranasal vaccine, and it only cost me $41, including full paper work. I was in-and-out in about 10 minutes. You will still want to keep the number of your local 24 hour animal hospital handy, but as I said, for most stuff this place takes care of everyday vaccinations and spay/neutering. Highly recommended.
