Take out is all I believe you can do other than their delivery
I don't believe so. They have their own in-house drivers. Those 3rd party delivery services are typically for places that do not already offer in-house delivery.
Not online, but you can call over the phone and use a cc
No they currently do not have stuffed crust pizzas.
