Very easy process. I walked in gave them a price range for the full over full bunk bed I was buying and they accommodated very quickly. I stayed in my price range easily and the quality was exactly what I wanted. The young lady and the man that helped got us in and out of there and were very thorough. They even looked up much additional information that I had asked questions about. The whole process took me under 10 minutes. I opted to pick up the mattresses from Sinclair Road instead of wait for them to come in at a different date. I think it was only an extra day or two. I just wanted to get it done. Easy five stars and that Applies to the two people that helped us.

Our salesman, "Jacob" was very knowledgeable of the various mattress's available for our budget. After deciding the mattress to meet our needs, there was no high pressure. Once again, Jacob was a pleasure to work with. We give him 5 star rating. Today, when our mattress was delivered, the two young men were also a pleasure to work with. 5 star rating to them too! We would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone needing a mattress.
