Unacceptable service. I reserved and paid for a truck for a full day online. After running late packing up they called and said they were going to cancel my order since i was late. I drove to get to truck to find out they changed my pickup time without my knowledge or permission and no longer had trucks. I had to wait until someone returned one. I selected online contactless pickup as i have a disability and rather not deal with people. I told the service rep ill just do online, he told me no it doesnt work sometimes and he will do the rental process. I hate this place.

I rented a van from 8am one day to 8am the next day. By the time I got the van, due to a line at the counter, it was around 8:30am. I returned the van around 8:58am the next day, before the location opened at 9am. The employee told me I wouldn't be charged a late fee since I had it back before 9am. When I got my bill, I was charged for two days and two days of insurance - contrary to what I was told. If I knew that was going to be the case, I wouldn't have rushed to bring the van back basically on time and would have kept it for an entire second day. Very disappointed that I was told one thing and billed for another. I will not be renting from this location again and would not recommend them to others.

We set up a 26ft rental, & the GM absolutely wouldn't accept Chime, or any card thats not an "actual bank" & Chime is an actual bank recognized nationally. All he kept saying is, "Im the GM this, I'm the GM that so its at MY discretion." The worst customer service I've dealt with in so long I couldn't even look the dude in the face I was so disgusted with the way he acted towards me as a customer. We rent from Uhauls ALL the time with my card. Never had an issue until now.

I would like recognize and praise Shane Potter for the Extraordinary Customer Service he provided. Shane treated my wife and I with the utmost respect recommending packaging and materials for our move. He was very kind, courteous and professional! I just had knee surgery and carried out to my SUV many box bundles and materials that I needed for a huge move. U-Haul is lucky to have someone like Shane who is an honest and loyal employee. Thank you for the great service I received, I really appreciate it!

This location has one 20' truck on site but you'll have to check u-haul's website or 1-800-GO-UHAUL for availability and to make a reservation
