Purchasing the Kayo 70 was great. But the rest of our experience has been complete trash. Not even a month of our son riding his quad in the yard it broke. We contacted them and they said they would look at it turn around time was slow but we were trying to be patient. 3 weeks of them having the Kayo 70 we contacted them, they said their service guy was going to look at it that Friday or Saturday, ok. Waited till Wednesday the guy was supposed to call my husband back and he never did so I called and he said the guy was only part time and he hadn’t had a chance to look at it would look at it the next day. Didn’t hear anything. So finally my husband went to pick it up to have it serviced else where. Well when we picked it up, the spark plug was hanging, and the gas line was left unhooked. So kudos to the service for doing an awesome job, not. I will never recommend them to anyone ever.
