Great service and food!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to for this place! The food absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I can’t believe this place has such great reviews! My initial meal came out cold completely bland! The jambalaya pictured looks like it was the last few bites from the pan! I told the server it was cold so the server sent the manager to our table! I asked could it be removed completely and he said it couldn’t be removed but it could be remade! Him remaking it was equivalent to him putting it in the microwave and I know this for a fact because I took a bite out of the sausage just so I would know if I was given a new piece or not! Lol my friend says her Marta gras pasta must have forgotten we were in New Orleans because it had absolutely no taste! We are both big eater but we literally had to force ourselves to eat what we did! The table next to us asked us how our food was because they didn’t care for theirs either! He says his fish was rubbery and his wife’s food was also cold! We will definitely not be back nor recommend this place!

Great food and wonderful atmosphere.

I try and make a stop at the Oceana every time I'm in New Orleans. The food is always outstanding. This trip was no different. The service is top notch. Get the crab cakes. Trust me. A+ experience. It's a don't miss.

I was there for brunch on a Sunday. They do have a kid's menu. I think kids will enjoy it as much as adults.
Wow, well its certainly surprising to know Ramsy was there. I have to find that episode. Whatever he said or did...it worked!! We enjoyed everything about the place!
We either UBER there or leave the car at the hotel and walk due to difficult driving and parking in the French Quarter.
According to the Louisiana Sec. of State's website, this restaurant is STILL OWNED BY THE SAME PEOPLE (CAJUN CONTI LLC, since 2008 - WASSEK N. BADR) that owned it at the time Gordon Ramsey's show aired, which was in 2011. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Personally, I would NOT EAT THERE if I was starving, and it was the last place to serve "food". Oh yeah, I'm a local, and know what good tasting food is, but you do not have to be from NOLA to know what is disgusting.
There are a couple of parking garages on Iberville heading down toward Decatur.
No, but I would recommend them. There was a line to get in but since we had reservations we walked right in to our table .. no waiting
Michael Contreras you can calm down. Your overly aggressive to a simple question that warrants a reasonable answer. Are you the owner or someone with a steak in this business? Ill be down that way in a few weeks so im planning ahead how to spend my time, and I was a Chef for 20 years so I was excited to try a restaurant that is part of pop culture. With that said, your venom has cost this business a customer. So weather your involved or just sticking up for it, your action is causing the business to lose tourism revenue, which a restaurant owner knows that is money you will never have a chance at again.
During breakfast and Mimosas were $4 each
I was there two weeks ago and had the Fried Oyster Po'boy and it was delicious! My friend had the Red Beans and Rice with Sausage. I would definitely recommend this place. Enjoy!
No reservation needed. Can start to get crowded around 6 pm.
My girlfriend and I went on a saturday, did not have to wait. It was around 8pm. It would have been definitely worth the wait if we did have to wait.
Not when you are eating. Some of us did wear our mask
No. Go early before dark. After dark the line is out the door
Yes
No reservations needed but if you will wait in line for an average of 20 min
