I helped my daughter move into this apartment and the leasing specialist Tra was very helpful. I think that he is very attentive and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. He was easy to contact and he also did several in person visits. He is super nice and friendly. I have encountered several leasing specialist and none of them are as great as Tra. He deserves more than the max 5 stars review.The apartment itself is clean and roomy. Updated appliances and great working condition. The amenities here are fabulous. Stainless steel appliances, wood floors, balcony, valet trash etc. It was a great decision for my young daughter to move here. It’s mother approved.

Had a great experience touring today with Tra! We walked the property and he went out of his way to show me a furnished unit so I could get an idea of furniture placement in the bedroom. The community is quiet and well kept, and I really loved the two-story gym and sky lounge.

So far I am enjoying living here at Reserve. The leasing process was relatively smooth. I was assisted by many members in the office from tour day to move in two weeks later. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I mentioned to the community manager the hallways were unkempt/ dirty outside my apt and they were cleaned soon after! Plus I was told they are being upgraded to tile in the next month. I think for the location and amenities this is a great deal. I don’t have my dog with me so I can’t speak to it being pet friendly, but there is grassy areas. As a single young woman, I feel safe here. They have dry cleaner lockers and parcel lockers for extra fees. Also valet trash pick up is extra mandatory fee, but worth it in my opinion. Because it’s winter I haven’t experienced the pool or courtyards yet. Parking is very very tight after 4pm weekdays and on weekends. I’ve seen people park in the fire lanes. Your experience may vary but my neighbors are quiet/ respectful. Side note - I’d love if they could create a car wash station on the property! (edit-- I found the car wash station, but its out of commission)

I decided to stop by the Reserve apartments randomly and Tra was very welcoming and pleasant! I came in to tour some 2 bed/bathrooms and be instantly meet my expectations especially with answering specific questions about the community and amenities ! The layout is very spacious and modern too! Tra has a great vibe which even made the experience awesome. Definitely looking forward to applying to these apartments !!
