While the employees here are super nice there are never enough of them. Always a struggle to find someone to unlock case or get help. Always a long line to check out and often only one person working at checkout. If there were an alternative nearby for sewing supplies I would gladly go somewhere else. Seems as though a self checkout would be a nice option here. I actually dread going here knowing I am in for a wait.

This store has an AMAZING yarn selection. I used to always get my yarn from Michaels but in the past few years JoAnn has really stepped up in that department. This location is clean and well organized. The staff always greets me when I walk in the door.

Customer service was great, the wife found the fabric she liked to redo the chairs in the kitchen. Plus through the advice of the person helping us I was able to download their app to use the 50 percent off coupon.
