Went in to have my dog de wormed they charged me for the test and for the medicined called me with the results and told me to bring in another stool sample. I was told it was included from the inital exam to verify that the medication perscribed worked for the dog. Went in and they tried to charge me again when the lady who called me on the phone came out she said she told me over the phone that they were going to charge me and when i told her im not going to pay when you said it was included she walked away and closed the door behind her. You can consider this a door shut to any more bussiness here. It was incrediably rude and disrespectful. I hope the owner sees this and can see what type of treatme t their customer recieved. I had all her future vacinations scheduled and cancelled every single appointment
