Not running drive thru efficiently. Left then right and then repeat.. three cars was processed and we was ignored til we yelled for them to acknowledge us. A gentleman said someone will be with us then proceeded to get someone else. 4 plus cars left the right lane while the left was catered to. The line was to the street. We left and went to Dunwoody place. Unprofessional behavior.

This rating has little to nothing to do with the staff who, by the way, seemed to be doing the best they could with what they were working with. Inexperience and lack of training seemed to be their biggest issue. The breakfast food was presented in a fairly, timely manner. The hot cakes were good. The rate assigned for this visit is predicated on the new style of this restaurant. McDonald’s, this is an impersonal approach to food service. It’s self service. I have a job. I do not want to work at or for your establishment. Not a good move.
