took my car to them to get it washed because it was covered in pollen. it came out of the car wash still with a bunch of pollen all over the car but mostly on the hood. Only thing it looks like they did correctly was give it tire shine

Update: i got their mini car detail service that supposedly included seat conditioning along with wiping, everything and cleaning exterior. My car looks like it wasn’t even touched. I paid $100 I’m extremely disappointed. Very sad, because i liked this service but this was so upsetting and felt like a scam. Quick, quality, affordable car wash! This is my new to go spot!!!

Went here & lady told us $50 for outside NOT $15 and $70 if we wanted vacuuming not $35. Rip off! Not worth it, when the car wash is a paint scratcher and automated.
