All Best Buy locations have essentially the same layout and products, and this one was no different. Good selection of all electronics. The parking is somewhat limited, and they have made it worse by adding 10 curbside pickup spots that people cannot park in. All of which were empty when I visited. I would highly recommend cutting this down to 2 spots as it takes up valuable parking.

Went in for a dash cam install. They didn’t install it correctly and the cam doesn’t record when the car is turned off (the camera has this feature - Thinkware u1000). When I went in asking them to fix it, the technician straight up said that dash cams don’t record after the car is turned off. They refuse to fix the wiring goof up and said “there’s nothing we can do”. Scheduled an appointment at a different best buy a week from now. It’s better to get your accessories installed by a mechanic instead. Geek squad (at least in the perimeter location) is trash.

We came here to buy a new printer, our salesperson Shawn was really nice and helpful. He answered all our questions and ordered a couple items for us to be shipped to our house later. A good place for electronics and helpful employees. Will definitely go back here.

I made an order online for headphones and they charged me $118. I was to pickup order in one hour. I went there in two hours and they did not have my headphones in stock. So I asked them why they charged me. They said oh you should not have been charged and it will fall off over night. The charge showed on my account as pending for over a week and now it hit my account. So I had to spend an hour with CC company disputing and it still shows on my account until they do further review. Best But is a disaster. They charged me for NO PRODUCT and much wasted time and in my book that is ROBBERY plain and simple. STAY AWAY from Best Buy. Garbage organization.
