The park has several different areas, we primarily use the dog park for our two Golden Doodles to let them run. Separate for large and small dogs and both are nice sized for them to run. Not a lot of extras but they don't use them anyway.

Spacious grassy fields to accommodate many dog activities. Plus, a very organized trail system of about 3 miles connecting the surrounding parks and neighborhood sporting areas. The gravel paths are about 5ft wide with plenty of overhead tree shade, just perfect on a hot summer day. I parked in front of the peaceful memorial quad and enjoyed the different sculptures and flower arrangements before em"barking" on the hike. The entire place is well-kept and better than I imagined! The photos included are just the highlights. If you have 2-3 hours to spend with a dog, friend, special love, or just by yourself, I highly recommend giving this park a shot...it'll be so worth your whileπ

One of my favorite places to walk. The paths are clear and while you'll see people walking with a friend, their dog, or their children, the trails never feel crowded. Lots of free parking available, moderate hills, some streams to pass by and a lake, and some open green spaces for little ones to run around freely and a small public garden (very near a busy road so supervision of small children is needed)

This is a great place for hiking and running! The longest trail is 2.5 miles, so running it twice is perfect! There are different challenges, depending on the direction you go, the elevation change and twisty curvy trails are fun and nicely β¦

No need to kill the black snakes. They are rat snakes and they help kill the poisonous snakes. Iβve seen them literally constrict and swallow copperheads. So, they are VERY important to the environment. They also keep the nasty rat population in check. People need to be educated.
Probably the city of Roswell.
No. Great place to walk but not to ride. Take a dog if you want!
I go there nearly every day and occasionally see people fishing. I've never seen anyone land one, so I don't know if it's a good fishing spot or not.
