My husband got a check from a customer who has an account at Armed Forces, even though the guy has an account there they would not cash the check because it was over 700.0, they said any checks over 700.00 they have to contact the customer. He is at work so now what.? WORST EVER.... I have NEVER seen a bank with this policy

Told me their hours were changed because of the wants of the military. Not customer friendly.

RUDE STAFF!! I just finished a conversation with one of the staff and she was extremely rude and not helpful, Instead of trying to assist she told me i didn’t know what i was talking about. I asked about adding a new number on my account and her response was “i don’t know your old number are you expecting me to know it?” RUDEEE!!!!

Do not bank with these people. Please save yourself the headache. Agents all misinformed, they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. They are very nonchalant about issues they create. Not the type of attitude anyone wants while regarding your money.
