The workers here are rude. Also, the ice cream cake I ordered doesn’t have personal message on it even though it was listed when I ordered it. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. I loooove baskin-robbins but this location is just terrible.

The older ladies there yesterday sure were rude for no reason. The worst was the owner or manager not in work outfit. Very unhelpful. The young girl was great though.

If I could give negative stars I would. I used to work here and the boss was so rude, she literally told me that she does not create my work schedule to accommodate me but to accommodate her customers. Clearly she does not care about her employees and she only gave me one work shirt snd expected me to work days within a week with one shirt. She also did not let me change to morning shift and would rather have me walk home at night. I did not drive because I was young. She truly is careless about her employees. This place needs to be checked and replaced with a new boss, employees are worked like dogs at this place with no respect.

I'm very sorry about that I have had multiple occasions that they have closed early on me also the service is not the best there is a girl named Melissa she's very rude I asked for her name to report her to the manager and she lied she's always closing the store early and I'm not sure if management knows about it? Melissa also when serving customers doesn't know how to wash her hands in between serving she lets her hair run wild so it falls into the ice cream I also went in one time a good hour and a half before closing and she told me she couldn't give me any toppings because she already cleaned the material honestly it would be a great store if they got rid of Melissa she's honestly the problem I worked in customer service my whole life and that girl needs some training
