We were stood up, again. This is the 3rd time we have tried to book. Recieved a text message confirming our 5pm time, showed up and the door was locked and no answer to my texts or calls. I'm done. We had a gift card that someone gave us and I will encourage that person to seek their money back.

Sadly, this was one of my least favorite escape room experiences. We solved it and "escaped" but there were aspects of the room that distracted from the fun time it should have been. For example, once you solve a clue to get the lights on, the lights continue to turn off completely throughout the game. It's a very small room and with all the stuff, it's not big enough for multiple people. There are too many safety concerns in the room and on the way to the room to be walking around down there in the dark.
