The parking lots are so torn up u have to drive at 2 mph not to bottom out. Most of the apartments are filled with roaches and/or bedbugs. Dumpsters always have a ton of garbage sitting around them. The only thing good is the apartments are cute although they could use some updates and they rent based on income. The halls smell of marijuana from the entrance to where ever in the building you are going.

Michael Walsh apartments has a new property manager, she is trying to turn this place around and make it a better living community , the complex is undergoing, repairs to the elevators, and other essential repairs. Give this place a chance to make it your happy long lasting home.

I lived there back in 2010. The whole place had bed bugs, men standing in front of the entrance all times of the day, and police always was called.
