We had our loved one there after brain surgery and the level of care was that of negligence. Our loved one would buzz for help, no one would come and we got phone calls twice to come and help them. Oh… and bring your own toilet paper as we had to purchase our own and bring it to him. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but please check these places out, carefully.

I’m a former employee. I’m about to come out with everything. For starters the woman who runs the assisted-living side Elizabeth, during the day shift she will refuse to come out her hermit hole to help the other aides on shift. There are many residents who require a lot more than assisted living care but are still on the assisted-living side. They don’t care about the residents they only care about money. I can’t go to much into detail due to HIPPA. But if you can’t stand your elderly family members then send them here. The HR person Rachel thinks she’s better than everyone and we’ll talk down to you like your dog. The only few good people they have is the nurse on assisted living in a couple of the aids during evening and day shifts. They don’t care about the residents, employees, nothing. All they care about is money. So again if you hate your family members send them to this overpriced pathetic place. Some paying over 8 grand a month and for what? Horrible food, terrible care, and even worse management. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

During my recent two month stay in rehab, I was impressed to see the caliber of good care and thoughtful staff. My regular nurses, Rachel, Janet, Peter and Kim, plus CNA Lantana made up my A Team! They were all great! And my Social Worker, Chelsey, bent over backwards to try to accommodate all my changing health changes! The Therapy Team made exercise fun…and exercise is not my favorite pass time!! Special thanks to Amy, Korie, Janie, Pam, Allison, Connie, Robin, Sarah and Joel for all you did to try to help me retain strength and balance! Nursing Director, Andralie Davison and Director Kim Ellis have improved this facility consistently over the past five years that either my husband or I have been patients here. If I’ve forgotten anyone, I apologize….you all treated me with the utmost care and kindness! Thank you!
