If you are only taking the written, you should only need the normal papers. Your driver license you have now, birth certificate (maybe) and social security #, to be on safe side.

I do not know, I live in Jackson county, went there to pay sales tax and get plates, because I wouldn't have to wait all day. You can call them , they do answer their phone. Sorry

Thanks for the question! Im one of the clerk at this office. They do testing on Thursdays only at the Fire Station off of business 13 from 8:30am to 4:25pm. They stop testing for lunch & there is no phone to call.
