This place is terrible because of the parking, city, and particularly the rude, grungy employees. The bathrooms look bad. Why do they hire people who don't comb their hair and rather look as if they've been living in a dumpster?

A great place to relax, and enjoy the view of the park. While enjoying a great adventure.

Well they usually don't allow me to bring my support dog into the place so I don't know. Most places allow me to bring my support dog.

It's a very well organized and clean library with a big selection of books, movies, and other media. Staff has always been kind and helpful. Computers are available for use and I love the book self-check out.

Hi, I work at the library, and yes, we do! Amy is correct, they should be easily accessible in the front lobby.
Including staff areas, the Library is a total of 66,900 square feet (20,900 LL + 46,000 UL).
Please check out our events list. You can limit it to Kids (ages 0-5) in the left sidebar to see preschool appropriate events. https://lawrence.bibliocommons.com/events
You need a library card to check out books/media, but you can do/use everything else without one. You can ask for a guest pass to use the computers downstairs. Hope this helps.
Free parking is available in the adjacent parking structure or in the lot across the street.
I believe so. If you want to know more, please contact the library directly. Here is Google Map common area. I don't think the library staffs check here that often.
We don't at this time. We do loan Chromebooks for in-house use with a library card.
Nope! It's completely free. You just have to book the space and the tools are yours to use.
I just wanted to add to this: U can of course drop them off inside but I also wanted to point out that they have drop off bins in various places around the city.
No
If the instrument isn't disruptive to others using the space, we have allowed it. A saxophone might be a bit too noisy for a study or meeting room. The bast place would be in our Sound + Vision Studio as it is virtually soundproof.
