Always LOVE ❤️ eating at Flying Biscuit Cafe. Midtown location is a great community eatery. 🍽️ You can feel the vibe as people walk by enjoying life. 🧬 The service was great. We had 6 in our party and was seated pretty quick. Keke, our server, was on point with getting our drinks out quick while handling her other tables. 👍🏽 Although some of us were not ready to give her our order when she came back, she was patient in guiding us to the better meal choices since some of us are super picky eaters. 😉 Since we were enjoying the fellowship of friends, we didn't realize the time it took for our food to come out, which is great because it seems pretty fast. 💨 My wife and I ended up ordering the same thing - The High Flyer. I did 2 oatmeal pancakes. We both did scramble eggs, chicken sausage, and had those awesome creamy grits. She ate my peach mix and I had some blueberries. 🤤 ALL the food was GREAT. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The French toast was beyond fluffy and yummy. The hash thing was too salty but I will managed to finish it. My favorite part was the chicken in that so I think next time I would try the pancake tacos or one of the benedicts.

I Always get the shrimp and grits! Be sure to get a biscuit/ chicken sausage. The staff is pretty to the point. But that doesn’t bother me. They are short staffed because of Covid. (Be kind) We had a 15 min wait. And then food came out in about 15-20min/

Overall loved this location! The staff was nice but very to the point. The food was delicious, and it was fun to look at all the art decorating the wall and ceiling. The chorizo hash was delicious and perfectly portioned! The taco pancakes were delicious, and the syrup was so creamy! Very large portion, two could share. The special moon-dust potatoes were yummy too!
