They prefer appointments. Though if you do walk in and an artist is free they will gladly take you.
Unfortunately, as of right now, they don't have a piercer at their shop.
I went ahead and spoke with the shop owner. The short answer would be: Yes they will do it, but haven't before. There are obviously additional risks and it is not exactly advised since it is considered non-sterile. Here is what I was told when I asked: "We can use the ash at the request of the person getting the tattoo but we do discourage it just because it’s a non sterile material. So we would need to go over heath risks and have the Client sign off on the risks. I have never used ash and don’t recommend it but it has been done many times so have your friend contact me and we can go over the request together."
