Well I go down there personally myself. You get better results. But I could say that due to the covid there is no one hardly there far as the public people goes. You'll be in and out of there really fast.

Yes you can get money for your grandson is called grantee funds. I get it for my 2 grandsons. And i believe you have to go to the office to apply.
