Their customer service is terrible everytime I go there the cashier's act like they can't ring me up. Is it because I'm black? If someone else gets behind me then they open up a register for that person. I have a cricut but I won't be buying my stuff at this Michaels. Not until they get nicer employees.

Great store with a great supply of products for lots of different crafts and hobbies. The employees are awesome! They're always polite and helpful. They seem happy to work there which is a sadly rare thing anymore. I would give 5 stars if some prices of card making / scrapbooking supplies were more competitive with other big box stores.

Michaels have picture frames, some of them are pricey but it depends on the choices you are looking for.
