We attempted to go to this location on Friday 9/9/22 after leaving the T Mobile Center and the 21 Pilots concert, it was about 11pm. Insomnia cookie was not open!!!! Very disappointed!

I was in town for a concert and wanted ice cream after, I found this place and thought it looked sweet! Well.. the concert was done and everyone swamped the store. I was in line near the front before the crowd got there. The staff looked overwhelmed. Their system conveniently "went down" and refused the entire crowd. I asked if I could pay in cash and the whole crew was fed up with me asking. I think they were rude and I don't think I'll be back to try again. I mean they could've made hand over fist cash from that crowd just sayin.

2 young male workers came to th door as I was opening it at 12:50am stating "sorry, we are out of cookies". I said "there are 10 more mins left" and all they could say was sorry. I walked in the doors a min later saying there are 10 mins left. A different employee looked at me and agreed. They 2 girls offered me what cookies they have available, which were alot, and also gave me 2 free cookies for my inconvenience. Those 2 boys were the rudes, most unprofessional employees that could work there and should be fired!!!!!!!!!
