Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. Just moved to ray county and we have 2 meters and they have been nothing but helpful. People just need to pay their bills.

Shut my water off over a $30 balance 17 days past the date I paid the rest of the month's charges, then charged $70 reconnection fee after informing me they can't take a payment over the phone. If I didn't pay my bill at all for over a month, I'd get it. This is ridiculous!

Its ridiculous that living same address for 33 years to get shut off over being 10 days late. The other ridiculous thing is paying exorbitant fee to get them to turn back on. This a non for profit?? What about all those poor families cant afford to pay their bill and additional fee? I asked where money went have some hype about improvements so basically hijacking people for improvements? What cost of water for? If counting on the fees for shutting off and reconnecting goes to show they are looking to get the money otherwise why 10 days they shut it off? Why not next month? Why first time they charge you. Its the money whats uts about their xmas bonuses they board hands out. Good job!! After all you know people need water.

They need to give longer grace periods. Everywhere else I ever lived did 3 month cycles. Where you paid your bill every 3 months. Saves cost on fuel for shut offs etc.
