Customer service was horrible. Manager hung up in my face. Refused to refund my order. Talked over me. Would not let me speak. Even after I drove there, (all employees standing outside smoking) refused to remake order, called me a liar, refused to refund. Young Men with a little authority. "Your I'm the the Customer won't work here, I guarantee you." My GM will agree with me. They got my money today. But karma will get you all. 😏 Horrible experience in Excelsior Springs.

We had a large Supreme pan pizza and itbwas amazing! Best pizza I've had in a long time. Fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious!

Pizza is burnt have been on hold 52 mins and still no answer and the contact center keeps hanging up on us never order from here my kids birthday party and is completely ruined over excelsior springs pizza hut

No. They're just always like that.
I used to work there and I can answer that for you. If for whatever reason someone doesn't pick up the phone by about the 5th ring, you are automatically redirected to the call center. No one likes the call center. They don't enter in your address correctly, are hard to understand and don't know the menu. Trust me, the people up there hate the call center too.
