Had the absolutely BEST time here this afternoon. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review this fast. Brandy/i (store manager) was helping me and she was nothing short of phenomenal. She was honest, listened to me + my concerns, and was obviously very knowledgeable. She measured me visually and brought the right size to me straightaway. Thought it was a miracle. I went in looking for a strapless bra, and when that went well I decided to try a bralette or two. Brandy/i asked me what color(s) I would like and was shocked when she brought me no less than 10 bralettes in my size and color range I asked for. Needless to say I had the time of my life trying on bras that actually FIT! It was hard to choose between everything — not a problem I’m used to having; I’ve had to settle for my whole 20+ years of wearing bras. It was so nice to be in a shop that clearly knows their client base and their needs! It’s pricey (I won’t try to hide that fact), but the expert sizing and the confidence you feel in the right size is damn near priceless!! If you’re a fuller figured person in need of under-things (or shoot, even if you’re an average or even small size, they do it all) DO NOT HESITATE to shop here! It’s worth your time and your money!!!!!!

YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS. I bought a bra there and the following day I wore it and found that it irritated my skin and the underwire cut into me. …Hey Jonna! We are sorry to hear that your bras are uncomfortable. When you called the other day about them we offered some advice and we are happy to take a look at them and make sure the size is okay and it's not a manufacturers defect. Unfortunately, without seeing them on you, it's hard for us to tell what's going on. Our return policy is pretty strict just due to the nature of the products that we sell, we don't want to sell anyone worn or used products but we also want to make sure you are happy with your purchases. We would love to take a look at the ones you are finding uncomfortable and see what we can do. Remember too, that there is always a break in process (just like getting a new pair of shoes) with new bras, they soften and stretch as you wear them!
