If you like waiting 6 hours and not getting seen then this is the place to go.

I suffer from chronic illness and have been to the ER 3 times this year, I won't go here again from this last visit. Waited 4 hours to be taken back, then waited another 3 hours to be seen by a doctor because there wasn't a doctor to see me. Idk what's going on here but this hospital use to not be like this.

I know that nobody wants to go to an emergency room, but KU really took such amazing care of me. There was a long wait time but that’s to be expected. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I was really scared and they eased my fears and took such wonderful care of me. I’m a hard stick and I was dehydrated and they got the IV in immediately. So thankful for this hospital! The people here are incredible!

Very good place to go!

Should someone who is weaning off of Primadone be in detox? My daughter has the shakes and is practically a basket case.

Probably, Diane, considering the shakes and such. They can help medically get through that phase.

How much wait time?

I went in via ambulance with a broken wrist. Radiologist came and took ex-rays to confirm it was broken. Then sat there with NOTHING for pain for 12 hrs, I got there around 4PM and left the next morning around 8 AM.
