Their emergency ER doctor is rude and unprofessional. And when I confronted the situation to the nurse, the doctor overheard me through another room and came in my room and once again approached me with a rude attitude with unprofessional communication skills and work effect with no apology from the doctor. I would not recommend coming to this location.

My mother went in for her hand hurting. They literally shocked her hand which we later found out from another hospital was broken and dead from lack of blood flow. Do not recommend.

I had an appointment today with Dr Hamilton. I have been dissatisfied with the pain clinic in Overland park. Plus Kansas doesn't take all of my insurance. With gas so high, and i don't have money to spare, i thought someone closer would be better. My M.D. gave me Dr Hamilton as someone i could pursue. Dr Hamilton spent almost 5-10 minutes and ask me if i saw the Overland park Ks. Dr, i said yes. He told me since i saw her i signed a contracr to not see another pain dr which i don't remember and if thar is true, why would Dr Hamilton want me to bring my latest MRI and my blood work. He didn't give me a chance to speak. U will only have bad things to say about the Excelsiorspringshospital.

I went to the ER with a kidney stone. Within a minute a nurse ushered me to a room. After describing all of my symptoms and relating that I had had the same pain and nausea from a previous experience I was put on an IV and medications for the pain and nausea were administered. I had a CT scan as well. All of this happened within 40-45 minutes. I am so impressed with the nurses and doctor as well as the rest of the staff. I am from California and if I had gone to my local ER I would have been there for 3 hours before I would have received any meds. This has been the best ER experience I have had in my 60 years. AMAZING!
