When requested for body cams (motion of discovery) they were never turned over to the attorney. The prosecutor only gave our attorney the time to discuss the case in court ('didnt have the time to talk') despite having videos/audios provided disproving the police report on alot of things. The prosecutor also gave our attorney a one time offer or its gone to make a plea, despite evidence not being turned over and shared when filed for motion of discovery TWICE, making it an unfair and biased court decision.

Same thing happened to me as the other person, they just destroyed the inside of my car

The officers were nice but the officer searching my car tore pieces of cushion out of it. I have pictures and statements from the tow company and I'm wanting to know who or where I file a complaint.
